How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, improve, and secure Solely. This includes enabling core app features, saving your collection data, generating shoe and outfit recommendations, troubleshooting problems, and improving the user experience.
To generate personalized recommendations, Solely may send relevant information from your collection, outfit preferences, and other content you choose to provide to third-party processing services.
If you choose to upload images for fit-checks or outfit recommendations, those images may be sent to third-party processing services to analyze the items shown and generate style-related feedback or recommendations.
Intelligent Features & Third-Party Processing
Solely includes features that generate personalized shoe recommendations, outfit suggestions, and fit-check feedback based on your collection and preferences.
To provide these features, Solely may send information you choose to provide — such as collection details, outfit inputs, fit-check photos, and images of clothing items — to third-party processing services, including OpenAI, for analysis and response generation.
These features are optional and are used only when you choose to engage with them. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, protect users, or support app functionality through trusted service providers acting on our behalf.
