By downloading, accessing, or using Solely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Solely.
Use of Solely
Solely is designed to help you organize your sneaker collection, build outfits, track wear history, preview looks, and manage your personal style.
- You may use Solely only for lawful purposes.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app.
- You may not misuse or redistribute Solely content or services without permission.
Subscriptions
Certain features may require a Solely Pro subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
Content and Collection Data
You retain ownership of the photos, outfit data, collection details, and other content you add to Solely.
By using Solely, you grant i6 Developments LLC permission to process uploaded content solely as necessary to provide app functionality and the features you request.
Availability
Solely may evolve over time, including feature updates, redesigns, pricing changes, or service modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Solely is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solely and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Third-Party Services
Solely may connect with third-party services and marketplaces to surface resale values, shopping options, and other features. Solely is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or accuracy of third-party content.
